New Electrification report
Reports module gets a new addition: the Electrification Report
It lets you assess your fleet's electrification potential based on actual usage observed over the analyzed period.
What this report brings to the fleet manager
Until now, deciding which vehicles to electrify often relied on generic estimates or intuition. This report replaces those assumptions with a data-driven answer, vehicle by vehicle, based on real observed usage: which vehicles can be electrified right now, with what minimum range, and what charging windows are actually available on a daily basis. The fleet manager can therefore prioritize their electric transition using objective criteria instead of guessing model by model, while also getting a clear overview of the fleet's CO2 impact — a concrete basis for building and justifying a greening plan, including for CSR reporting purposes.
What the report does
The analysis takes into account actual distances traveled, the vehicle's usage type (urban, mixed, highway), and charging opportunities linked to idle periods.
Two thresholds need to be set when generating the report:
- Daily distance threshold — identifies the number of days during which a vehicle traveled more than x km in a single day, to assess how often "long-distance" days occur that could require an intermediate charge.
- Trip distance threshold — identifies the number of individual trips exceeding y km, to highlight long uninterrupted trips that might require a fast charge during the day.
What you get
For each vehicle: distance traveled, consumption and CO2 emissions (total and average), average and maximum distance per active day, P95 daily distance, number of days/trips exceeding your thresholds, distance breakdown by speed range, available charging windows (P5 of stops longer than 3h), active and idle days, and a recommended WLTP range: the minimum theoretical range an electric vehicle should offer to cover 95% of active days on a single charge.
The report also includes a fleet-wide overview across all energy types, with a quick snapshot of usage and CO2 impact by energy type.
